Meet Our Team.

Marlena (She/They)

Founder/Owner

Raised in a family of 9, organization was a must. Their parents were the OG inspiration, teaching all of the siblings the importance of a functional flow. The family moved homes multiple times, providing the young organizer many opportunities to purge, pack, and organize to her heart's content.

Marlena spent 20 years in the service industry. Bartending, serving, managing in restaurants and bars, and working private events in and around Philly. The two things they loved most: working with people, and crafting the perfect bar setup for maximum efficiency. As you can imagine, bartending in itself is an education! Once Marlena realized that all the years of listening and sharing with a range of cool people was a skill that they could bring into their organizing business, the focus became even more clear. Simple transition!

Fast forward to 2020. World shut down. Marlena finally had time to pour into the dream of owning an organizing business. Combining her love for helping others with her organizational skills, Marlena opened Philly Neat Freaks in 2021 and never looked back.

Tiffany (She/Her)

Organizer Extraordinaire

Tiffany is the epitome of cool, calm, and collected. With years of experience running a bustling household of three kids, she’s mastered the art of staying tidy while keeping things stylish. Her background as a barista, hairdresser, and badass photographer gives her a unique eye for detail and an impeccable taste that translates into every space she touches.

Tiffany’s energy is a breath of fresh air, making her not just an organizer but a joy to work with. Whether it’s a cluttered closet or a chaotic kitchen, Tiffany brings her signature blend of organization and flair to create spaces that truly shine.

Sarah (She/Her)

Administrative Assistant/Organizer

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and loves to gently lean on those lessons in session. Meeting clients where they’re at, understanding their needs, and helping them hone their vision for a more useful space is the dream.

She appreciates how organizing invites us to examine our relationships with our things, and check in with ourselves. Just as passionate about the planet as she is about simplifying lives, Sarah loves local donation spots and Facebook Marketplace. She hopes reducing and reusing is a future we can all embrace.
